Annette Murray is the owner/operator and has done some type of exercise or activity for most of her life. She completed her qualifications to become a Personal Trainer late in life and now wants to share her knowledge and skills with you. She believes that we can all learn to move better to age well and has undertaken additional studies in Functional Movement and Restoration of Movement to help facilitate this. If you want more of a cardio hit Annette is also Thump Boxing qualified. Annette also supports the well-researched belief that movement is strongly linked to happiness and a reduced risk of depression/anxiety as we get older.

About Us
Move To Be Well is a boutique exercise and wellness studio committed to assisting clients move better, feel better and eat better.
Classes will only have 4 to 6 participants to allow you to have the personal training experience along with the benefits of group training ie a sense of community and shared connection.
You may choose to train in a personal training session and these sessions will be tailored to your goals .
All sessions will be fun but challenging!
